SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 

Does Shop By COMO ship to Post Office boxes or freight forwarding addresses?
No, we do not deliver to Post Office boxes or forwarding addresses.

Can I ship one order to multiple addresses?
No, each order can only be shipped to a single address.

Are duties and taxes included in my order total?
Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout page.

Do I need to sign for my parcel?
Yes, all shipments require a personal signature.

Can I request for my parcel to be left at the door?
Yes, you may email customerservice@shopbycomo.com to request this. Direct arrangements with DHL are not allowed to prevent unauthorised changes. 

 

DUTIES AND TAXES

How much duties and taxes will I pay?

  • Singapore: 9% GST is calculated on the final price after discounts.

  • International Orders: Duties are calculated after discount, while taxes are based on the item price minus discounts, plus duties.

Are duties and taxes refundable?

  • Singapore Orders: 9% GST refunded for returns.

  • International Orders: Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Can I change or cancel my order?
You may request changes or cancellations before the order is shipped. Contact Customer Service (Mon-Fri, 10am-5pm GMT+8) for assistance. 

How do I track my order?
A tracking link will be emailed to the address you used at checkout once your order has been shipped.
